Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: Northern New Jersey but this role is hybrid remote, in-person (NY/Philadelphia offices)

Cayaba Care’s mission is to improve outcomes in communities by reimagining how maternity care is delivered. Our team is focused on building technology-enabled solutions to deliver clinical and non-clinical services in-home or in-office. The Cayaba Care care model focuses on integration not replacement of patients’ primary Obstetric provider and reducing any barriers to the patient receiving the recommended care.



What you'll do

  • Manage our CEO’s calendars and coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare our CEO for meetings and key decisions (documents to review or sign, important emails, invitations, deadlines, reminders) and perform calendar audits to calibrate his time spent with his goals
  • Help manage day-to-day tasks, including vendor coordination, ordering supplies, logistical employee onboarding, and expense management
  • Organize meals, travel, company events, conferences, etc.
  • Support any and all special projects

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience supporting executives and or project management
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with confidential information and trustworthy
  • Proficiency in administrative software including G-Suite, Office suite, DocuSign, CRMs, expense management platforms, etc.
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to help move the business forward matched by high integrity and discretion
